Tan your way through Scrubbing

One way to get a quick gorgeous tan is through scrubbing. Scrubbing helps exfoliate your skin by means of sloughing off those icky dead skin cells to reveal a healthy glowing skin. And, when dead skin cells are removed, it’ll be easier for the sun to penetrate directly onto your skin, giving you more melanin or skin color.
So, if you’re up for an even tan, have a body scrub prior to sunbathing.
This may call for a lavish and luscious body scrub session at your favorite spa. But if you’re on budget, you can also have your body scrub right in the comforts of your own home. You can either use a pumice or loofah together with your favorite bath gel; or, simply use a body scrub product that already contain salt or sugar bits, apricot beads, poppy seeds or oatmeal flakes and directly slather it on your skin without having to use a bath cloth or loofah. Be wary when scrubbing since too much rubbing might get a bit abrasive on your skin and may cause redness or irritation.
One product to try:
The Body Shop Body Scrub
The Body Shop houses various body scrubs in different scents and concoctions, so feel free to take your pick among these babies. It scrubs and at the same time, moisturizes your skin, leaving you a healthy, glowing sheen after shower.
You can also try their luxurious spa salt scrubs that comes in a glass jar (with a metal contraption for resealing) for a more aromatherapeutic effect.
